what is a Tier 1?
Primary supplier who contracts directly with the developer to deliver a major contract package. An OEM involves numerous amounts of jobs from advanced engineering, technicians, sales, and resource management. OEMs create wind turbines to sell to project developers.
Tier 2 - Secondary Suppliers to OEMs
what is a Tier 2?
Secondary supplier who contracts with OEMs to provide manufactured goods, either local or abroad, to build turbines. Tier 2 includes the raw material suppliers, component manufacturers, and service providers to the OEM to ensure all the needed components for a turbine meet quality, requirements, and location.
Tier 3 - Supplier/vendors serving tier 1 & 2

Tertiary Supplier who contracts with the secondary supplier as a vendor or provides goods and services to Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers or developers.
